After graduating in 2008, Charles worked at a quasi-government agency. In 2010, a chance encounter with a primary school classmate who was a part-time Real Estate Agent sparked his interest in the Real Estate industry. This brief conversation ignited an interest within Charles, prompting him to pursue training and obtain certification as a professional salesperson. Determined to thrive and excel in a vastly competitive environment, Charles focused on learning, understanding, and mastering the various segments of Singapore’s dynamic Real Estate environment.
